Are airport collection and return really free?+
Yes. New Chitose Airport vehicle delivery and collection fees are each ¥0. Rental, optional protection and equipment are separate. Niseko delivery / collection is ¥26,400 per direction, or ¥52,800 together, tax included.
Is this a passenger transfer to Niseko?+
This is a self-drive car rental. A free passenger shuttle between the airport and Niseko is not included. We confirm your handover instructions in advance; no terminal-roadway handover.
Can I drive with a Taiwan licence?+
Prepare your original Taiwan licence, an authorised Japanese translation and passport. A Taiwan-issued IDP alone is not valid for driving in Japan. Check permitted seating before choosing a 10-seat vehicle.
Can a category B IDP cover the 10-seat Hiace?+
A 1949 Geneva IDP requires category D permission for the 10-seat Grand Cabin. Category B is insufficient even with fewer passengers. Japanese and translated foreign licences also need the appropriate category.
Are all vehicles 4WD with winter tyres?+
Drivetrain, tyres and extras are confirmed for each arranged vehicle. Always confirm winter tyres for winter travel. 4WD does not eliminate sliding on ice.
What if my flight is delayed?+
Message your flight number and updated arrival time by LINE or email. We will discuss revised handover arrangements. Late-night service, free waiting and free extensions are not guaranteed.
Can I request child seats and an ETC card?+
Tell us children’s ages and whether you need an ETC card. Availability, suitability and fees must be confirmed. An ETC unit is not an ETC card; tolls are additional.
Can I enquire in English or Chinese?+
Send your enquiry by email or LINE in your preferred language. We can clarify details in writing using translation. Continuous foreign-language phone support or an on-site multilingual team is not promised.
Can I cancel or return early?+
Check your quotation and rental agreement. Free cancellation or refunds for unused days are not offered as a blanket promise. Discuss uncertain travel dates before you sign.
Does the enquiry reserve a vehicle?+
The form prepares an enquiry. Send it by LINE or email; availability, total, documents, agreement, payment and handover must be checked before we confirm your reservation.
How do I pay, and is a deposit required?+
Before agreeing, ask us to confirm accepted payment methods, payment timing, any deposit and cardholder requirements in your quotation. This website does not take payment.
When should I return for my flight?+
Allow for the drive, winter delays, refuelling, vehicle checks, agreed travel to the terminal and your airline’s check-in requirements. Agree your return time and method before travel. Return guide ↗
