Message after collecting your bags
Send your booking name, flight number, current terminal and baggage status to the contact in your booking instructions. Report delays or cancellations promptly.
Follow your confirmed meeting instructions
Your meeting point, any transfer and handover location are agreed individually. Do not queue at another company’s airport counter for our service. No handover takes place on the terminal roadway.

Present all drivers’ original documents. Check existing damage, fuel, tyres, equipment and rental emergency contacts. Secure luggage and learn the controls before setting off.
